Bandai Namco's upcoming dogfighting game Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy Plus is heading to Nintendo 3DS on Feb. 13 for $39.99, it was announced during today's Nintendo Direct conference.
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy Plus is a re-release of an earlier Namco Bandai title, this time with updated controls. The will be compatible with the New 3DS's C-stick and will also use the ZL/ZR buttons for "better control and handling of the aircraft's movement and weaponry," Nintendo confirms.
The new handheld title is based on Namco Bandai's Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy, which launched on Nintendo 3DS in late 2011. The game, which was developed by Access Games, was a remake of Ace Combat 2. The new release is in development from Project Aces, the Bandai Namco design team.
