Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will drawn on the Japan-only Monster Hunter 4G but is expected to have more content. Features like the ability to hunt with up to three friends online, the new C-stick functionality, as well as local wireless co-operative play also were highlighted.
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will also launch a demo soon, featuring all 14 weapon classes in the game (two are new) and a tutorial introducing beginners to the series.
Monster Hunter 4 launched in Japan in September 2013, and was followed by Monster Hunter 4G in October 2014. Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will feature Mega Man, Legend of Zelda and Metroid-themed skins for players and companions.
