Former Halo 4 senior art director Kenneth Scott has joined Oculus

Former Halo 4 senior art director Kenneth Scott has joined Oculus, the virtual-reality hardware company known for the Oculus Rift.

Oculus announced the hiring of Scott on Twitter, saying that he's "building our 1st-party content team!" Oculus is the company behind the Oculus Rift, a VR headset, and was acquired byFacebook earlier this year for roughly $2 billion USD.

Scott stepped down from his role at 343 Industries earlier this year "in order to be with his family," a Microsoft spokesperson said at the time. Scott's wife is Corrinne Yu, a former 343 Industries programmer who left the company late last year to join Naughty Dog in Southern California, where Oculus is located.
